Delaware Bay Oyster Restoration

To authorize restoration of the native oyster population in the Delaware Bay.

Intracoastal Waterway, Delaware River to Chesapeake Bay, DE & MD (Chesapeake and Delaware Canal)
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District Office
To authorize the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide recreational opportunities for the general public along large tracts of land adjacent to the Chesapeake and Delaware canal.

Delaware Coast From Cape Henlopen to Fenwick Island
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District Office
To authorize a full Federal share for future work completed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers related to the removal of ordnances from Delaware's beaches.

Delaware River Estuary Ecosystem Restoration
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District Office
To authorize planning, design and construction of projects to restore aquatic habitats including oyster beds and related shellfish habitats within the Delaware River Estuary and adjacent waters.

Delaware Inland Bays and Tributaries, and Atlantic Coast of Delaware

To authorize the development and implementation of a system-based regional sediment management plan and coordinated bidding process for federal projects along the Atlantic Coast of Delaware and the Delaware Inland Bays and Tributaries.

North Atlantic Coastal and Marine Management Plan

To authorize the completion of a comprehensive, partnership-based Coastal and Marine Management Plan for restoration and stewardship of North Atlantic coastal and marine ecosystems and implementation of the Plan's top priority projects.
