MILLSBORO, Del. – On Sunday, Aug. 16, 2012, U.S. Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.) will attend the 18th Annual Festival Hispano, an event to share in the cultural traditions of the Hispanic and Latino community.

The festival is sponsored by El Centro Cultural, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Hispanic culture. People of Spanish, Mexican, Guatemalan, Columbian, Argentinean, and Chilean heritage will share food, dress, dance, and music with the community. The festival is a family-centered event with kids' activities that include a moon bounce, piñatas, and arts and crafts.
