WILMINGTON, Del. – Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.) will throw out the first pitch at the Wilmington Blue Rocks' 2011 home opener on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at Frawley Stadium in Wilmington, Del. The Wilmington Blue Rocks will then take on the Potomac Nationals.
