DOVER, Del. – On Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, U.S. Sen. Tom Carper will be in Kent County to attend the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter's Association luncheon. Sen. Carper, a member of the Congressional Fire Services Caucus, will address the members of the Firefighter's Association and the Ladies Auxiliary.

Time: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
