Sen. Carper will help announce the formation of the Barclays Bank Mentoring Program for Delaware State University students. The program is a unique public-private partnership where students get the enrichment and exposure of the mentoring experience while Barclays Bank creates an opportunity to identify and develop talent for its organization. Sen. Carper is a champion of mentoring and helped create the Delaware Mentoring Council when he was the Governor of Delaware.
