WILMINGTON, Del. – On Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, U.S. Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.) will meet with seniors at the Luther Towers 26th Annual Picnic. This event is a chance for residents to meet each other and talk to community leaders. More than 150 seniors are expected to be in attendance. Luther Towers are a safe and affordable community, offering 365 efficiency and one-bedroom apartments.
