WILMINGTON – On Monday, July 25, 2011, Sen. Carper will visit the Small Business Administration's Delaware Small Business Person of the year in Wilmington, Del. Sen. Carper will join Sen. Chris Coons and Rep. John Carney (all D-Del.) to visit Christy Crkvenac, Fulcrum Pharmacy and Radius Rx Direct owner. Crkvenac is Delaware's Small Business Person of the Year and was selected by President Obama as a 2011 Champion of Change.
