WILMINGTON, Del. – On Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, U.S. Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.) will take a guided tour of the new Dover Public Library. Library Director Margie Cyr and Dover Mayor Carleton Carey will host the tour of the library's new facility, which is set to open September 20.
