Carper, chairman of the Subcommittee on Federal Financial Management, Government Information, Federal Services and International Security, will help announce the United States Cyber Foundations competition winners from the Charter School of Wilmington. Cyber Foundations is an online competition features a series of quizzes in the most important foundational fields of cyber security: networking, operating systems and system administration.
