Sen. Carper will attend the Delaware Mentoring Council's breakfast to encourage local businesses to promote mentoring to Delaware students. The Delaware Mentoring Council, which began when Sen. Carper was Governor, is hosting an event to recruit to educate employers on the value of participating in a mentoring program.
