Sen. Carper will attend an event to announce the new mentoring programs in Delaware schools made possible through the Delaware Mentoring Council (DMC). Sen. Carper helped found the DMC when he was Governor. The DMC will also announce the 45 schools receiving mentoring grants at this event.
