WILMINGTON – On Friday, August 5, 2011, Sen. Carper will attend a welcome home ceremony for the Delaware Army National Guard Individual Mobilization Augmentees of the 184th Expeditionary Sustainment Command.

Senator Carper will make remarks at this event. The troops are coming home from a year-long tour in Afghanistan with the Mississippi Army National Guard.
