WASHINGTON—The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, led by Chairman Joe Lieberman, ID-Conn., and Ranking Member Susan Collins, R-Me., will hold a hearing, “Ten Years After 9/11: Are We Safer?,” tomorrow, September 13, at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will examine the current terrorist threat against the United States, how the threat has evolved, and what steps are needed to further strengthen our defenses. National Counterterrorism Center Director Olsen will testify before Congress for the first time since his confirmation.
