Sen. Carper will take a look at the construction progress of La Red Health Center's New Ambulatory Health Care Facility serving Sussex County. La Red is a federally qualified health center that has received investments from the USDA and private companies to construct this new facility. The new center, set to open this spring, will double La Red's capacity to serve area residents.
