WILMINGTON, Del. – On Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, U.S. Sen. Tom Carper (D-Del.) will the Dover, Del., VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic. At the clinic, he will meet with the new Director of the Wilmington VA Medical Center, Daniel Hendee, as well as tour the veterans health care facility.
