Las Americas ASPIRA Academy opened in September and teaches students in Kindergarten through fifth grade. The school's mission is for its students to become fully proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish through immersion in both languages. Sen. Carper will tour the school and meet with students, teachers and faculty.
