Sen. Carper will tour the newly renovated Bayhealth Medical Center at Kent General Hospital. Bayhealth Medical Center at Kent General recently completed a $147 million, 400,000-square-foot building which offers expanded, advanced emergency and trauma care and progressive cancer treatment all under one roof.
