On Monday, July 16, Sen. Carper will visit Lavender Fields Farm, the only lavender farm in Delaware. Open to the public, this farm is on a historic 5-acre property in Milton where all operations are done by hand. Press is invited to join Sen. Carper for a tour of the farm.
