Sen. Carper will stop by the Sussex County Habitat for Humanity's "Framing Frenzy" at Dogfish Head Brewery. He will join AmeriCorps members and Dogfish employees and frame a Habitat house in the brewery's parking lot. He will also announce funding for Delaware's AmeriCorps members for the 2012-2013 year.
