Sen. Carper will attend the 44th Annual Great Delaware Kite Festival at Cape Henlopen State Park. The Kite Festival is co-sponsored by the Lewes Chamber of Commerce and Delaware's Division of Parks and Recreation and attracts kite fliers and spectators from throughout the region.
