Sen. Carper will tour the Blood Bank of Delmarva. The Blood Bank expanded its operations, tripling the size of its donor room and lab, and is now gearing up for its first state-wide Hero Blood Drive from Jan. 9 to Jan. 16 in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr.
