Sen. Carper will head to Dover to tour the new Dover Air Force Base Fitness Center. The 58,000-square-foot facility opened in December to replace a gymnasium that was built in 1953. Sen. Carper will see the 24,000-square foot workout room, full-sized basketball court, and fitness class rooms.
