Sen. Carper will join local officials to announce Travel & Leisure Magazine naming Bethany Beach one of the "Best Secret Beaches on Earth" in its March issue. Sen. Carper will join Bethany Beach and the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce officials for the announcement and celebrate this tourist gem. He will also visit downtown businesses as they open for the holiday weekend.
