Veterans, Educators, Seniors and Children: Senator Carper’s Recess Schedule, Wednesday, May 30

WILMINGTON, DE – Commemorating Memorial Day, Senator Tom Carper begins his day tomorrow in New Castle by honoring his fellow veterans. He will then spend the day highlighting what works best in Delaware’s public schools and with early childhood education, and will hold an “open forum for seniors” to discuss protecting Social Security and Medicare. Senator Carper will spend the entire week visiting with constituents across the state, listening to their concerns and suggestions.
