I am happy to send letters to Delawareans in celebration of milestones, special occasions and accomplishments. To request a congratulatory letter, you may complete the following form or fax your request to 302-573-6434. Please allow for three weeks advance notice for all congratulatory letter or similar requests.

My staff is also happy to help you arrange for an official greeting from the President of the United States. To request a presidential greeting, please contact my Washington, D.C. office at 202-224-2441.
