Delaware Delegation Outlines Projects For State In 2009 Omnibus Bill

WASHINGTON – The Delaware congressional delegation – Sens. Tom Carper and Ted Kaufman (both D-Del.) and Rep. Mike Castle (R-Del.) – today issued the total list of projects that Delaware received in the 2009 omnibus appropriations bill that was signed into law by President Obama on Wednesday.
