Wilmington, DE – Senator Carper will attend a Veteran’s Day Ceremony sponsored by the Delaware Commission of Veterans Affairs and Marine Corps League on Thursday, November 11, 2004. The State of Delaware’s Ceremony will honor the men and women of Delaware and New Jersey for their military service to our country. “It is important for veterans to know that our nation is grateful for their service,” said Sen.
