Dover, DE – Senator Tom Carper will be the keynote speaker at the ribbon cutting ceremony for a new clubhouse at Wild Meadows in Dover on Friday, August 27, 2004. Wild Meadows is a 55-plus retirement village that opened in 2001 and has over 200 residents. The new 5,900 square foot clubhouse broke ground in December 2003, and now includes an in-ground pool, game room, library, exercise room, spa and billiard room.
