Student Artists Give Thanks for NYC Courage, Carper Joins Children and Chamber to Say ‘Thank You’.

GEORGETOWN, DE – Senator Tom Carper kicks off the first week of the New Year with a number of Downstate events Tuesday. Carper will join Rehoboth elementary school students to salute the heroes of September 11th, visit the VILLAGE helping primarily-Hispanic children prepare for elementary school, and talk with Sussex County seniors and high school students to draw lessons from the past and plan for the future.
