Senator Carper’s Sussex County Schedule Friday, May 7, 2004

Georgetown, DE – Senator Carper will spend Friday, May 7, 2004 in Sussex County. The Senator will begin his day touring The Delaware Learning Center in Milton. The center runs the only Spanish language GED program in the state. More than a dozen people have graduated from The Delaware Learning Center. Graduates have gone on to become everything from homeowners to college students. Senator Carper will then speak to senior citizens at the Roxanna CHEER Center in Frankford about the Medicare Prescription Drug legislation.
